Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Arctic Lantern LLC. We strive to process and deliver every order as quickly as possible.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
All orders qualify for free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase required.
Orders are typically processed within 0–1 business day after they are placed. Our fulfillment team operates Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. federal holidays.
Once your order has shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3–4 business days for most U.S. addresses. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at support@arcticlanternbeauty.com. We will do our best to update your information, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
If your package appears to be lost or your tracking information has stopped updating, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help find a resolution.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@arcticlanternbeauty.com. Be sure to include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping box. Once we review the information, we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
