Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Arctic Lantern LLC. We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help you with a return or refund.

 

Return Window: 

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety standards for beauty products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

 

How to Start a Return?

To start a return, please contact us at support@arcticlanternbeauty.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping Costs 

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.

 

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items:

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@arcticlanternbeauty.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right immediately.

 

Refund Processing: 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
